摘要
疼痛几乎是烧伤的代名词,用于治疗烧伤的方法可能会加剧疼痛控制的难度.恰当的操作性疼痛管理将有助于创面愈合、改善烧伤患者的预后和转归.文章综述烧伤操作性疼痛的机制、评估方法及治疗进展,旨在为烧伤操作性疼痛的预防和治疗提供新的思路及依据.
Abstract
Pain is almost synonymous with burns,and the methods used to treat burns may ex-acerbate the difficulty of pain management.Proper procedural pain management will contribute to wound healing and improve the prognosis and regression of burn patients.This article reviews the mechanisms,assessment techniques,and therapeutic advancements of procedural pain in burns so as to present fresh perspectives and supporting evidence on its prevention and treatment.
