干眼症互联式健康教育路径的构建与应用

目的 构建并验证干眼症互联式健康教育路径的应用效果,为干眼症健康教育提供参考方案.方法 选取2022年8-12月就诊的68例干眼症患者为对照组,2023年1-5月就诊的67例干眼症患者为观察组.对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施互联式健康教育.于干预前及干预第1、2周,采用眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)对2组进行测评.结果 干预后第1、2周:2组OSDI评分较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组ESCA评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 互联式健康教育有助于改善干眼症患者眼部不适症状,提升患者疾病护理能力,且流程简洁高效.
The Application Effect of Interconnected Health Education for Dry Eye Patients
Objective To investigate the path of interconnected health education for patients with dry eye and to verify its application effect in clinical practice,so as to provide a reference scheme for health education for dry eye patients.Methods A total of 68 dry eye patients who visited the hospital from August to December 2022 were established as the control group,and 67 dry eye patients who visited the hospital from January to May 2023 were selected as the observation group.Routine health education was given in the control group,whereas interconnected health education was implemented in the observation group.Ocular surface Disease Index Scale(OSDI)and self-care ability scale(ESCA)were used to evaluate the 2 groups before intervention and at the 1st and 2nd week of intervention.Results At the 1st and 2nd week after intervention,the OSDI scores of both groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The ESCA of patients in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interconnected health education can help alleviate ocular discomfort symptoms in patients with dry eye and enhance their self-care abilities with a relatively simple and efficient process.
