Impact of Integrated Management Mode of Pregnancy and Childbirth on Complications and Pregnancy Outcomes in Multiparous Women
Objective To analyze the influence of the integrated management mode of pregnancy and childbirth on the complications and pregnancy outcome of multipara.Methods 80 multiparas managed in our hospital from January 2023 to September 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(routine management)and the observation group(integrated management of maternity),and their delivery methods,complications during pregnancy and delivery,adverse pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of pregnancy complications,delivery complications and adverse pregnancy were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of integrated management of pregnancy and childbirth is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy and delivery,help to optimize the pregnancy outcome and obtain the satisfactory evaluation of pregnant women.
