摘要
绝经期泌尿生殖综合征(genitourinary syndrome of menopause,GSM)是指绝经过渡期及绝经后期妇女因雌激素和其他性激素水平降低引起的生殖道、泌尿道萎缩以及性功能障碍等症状和体征的集合.随着人口老龄化,绝经后女性增多,GSM已成为严重影响我国女性生活质量及危及其生命健康的重要因素.同时受传统文化的影响,大多数患者因缺乏对绝经相关泌尿生殖道变化的正确认知,羞于谈论病情,避讳就医,从而延误治疗时机,长期以来我国对其发病率及相关影响因素缺乏大样本的统计数据及分析.文章结合中医辨证论治、整体观念并结合西医的诊治特点及流行病学,综述近年来GSM的中西医治疗进展.
Abstract
Genitourinary syndrome of menopause(GSM)refers to a collection of symptoms and signs of reproductive tract,urinary tract atrophy,and sexual dysfunction in women during menopause transition and postmenopausal periods due to decreased levels of estrogen and other sex hormones.With the aging of population and the increasing number of postmenopausal women,GSM has become a critical factor that seriously affects quality of life of Chinese women and endangers their life and health.Meanwhile,influenced by Chinese traditional culture,most patients fail to understand menopausal-related genitourinary tract changes,feel ashamed to talk about their condition,and avoid seeking medical treatment,thus delaying the timing of treatment.For a long time,there has been a lack of large-sample statistical data and analysis on the incidence rate and related influencing factors of GSM in China.This paper provides a review of the literature on the treatment of GSM in recent years by combing evidence-based treatment and holistic concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine with diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics and epidemiology in Western Medicine.
