督脉矿物质蜡泥疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的效果
Efficacy of Du Mai Mineral Wax Mud Therapy in Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘要
目的 研究督脉矿物质蜡泥疗法治疗类风湿关节炎患者的临床疗效.方法 收集2023年1-12月南昌大学第一附属医院收治的60例类风湿关节炎患者的病例资料,按照是否实施督脉矿物质蜡泥疗法治疗划分为治疗组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),治疗疗程为7 d.比较2组患者治疗第1-7天VAS评分和治疗第1(治疗前)、7天(治疗后)Barthel指数评分.结果 治疗第1-5天,2组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗第6-7天,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗前2组Barthel指数评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后治疗组Barthel指数评分明显高于治疗前和对照组(P＜0.05).结论 督脉矿物质蜡泥疗法能够有效缓解类风湿关节炎患者关节疼痛症状和提高患者日常生活自理能力,且减轻类风湿关节炎疼痛症状是一个渐进的过程.
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Du Mai Mineral Wax Mud therapy in the management of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The case data of 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to December 2023 were collected,and they were divided into a treatment group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)based on whether they were treated with Du Mai Mineral Wax Mud therapy.The treatment course lasted for 7 days.VAS pain scores from day 1 to day 7 of treatment,as well as Barthel index scores on day 1(before treatment)and day 7(after treatment),were compared between the 2 groups.Results During the first 5 days of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the 2 groups(P＞0.05),but on days 6-7 of treatment,the VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in Barthel index scores between the 2 groups before treatment(P＞0.05),but after treatment,the Barthel index scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Du Mai Mineral Wax Mud therapy may effectively relieve joint pain symptoms for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and improve their self-care ability in daily life,and the alleviation of rheumatoid arthritis pain symptoms is a gradual process.
