Objective To systematically review the best evidence for the prevention and management of immunotherapy-related cutaneous toxicity in cancer patients.Methods A systematic literature search was conducted on guidelines and databases for literature related to the prevention and management of immunotherapy-related cutaneous toxicity in cancer patients,with the search period extending from database inception to August 1,2023.The included literature was evaluated for quality,and evidence was extracted and summarized.Results 14 articles were included,comprising 1 clinical decision,5 guidelines,6 expert consensus,and 2 systematic reviews.Evidence was summarized across 7 aspects,including risk factors,preventive measures,assessment and diagnosis,management during episodes,non-pharmacological interventions,monitoring and follow-up,and health education,yielding a total of 25 pieces of evidence.Conclusion This article provides a comprehensive synthesis of the best evidence for the prevention and management of immunotherapy-related cutaneous toxicity in cancer patients.Healthcare professionals can utilize the evidence based on specific contexts in clinical practice.
