艾司氯胺酮是一种高亲和性的N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体非竞争性抑制药物,有麻醉与镇痛效果.文章从艾司氯胺酮在小儿患者、产妇、成人患者、老年患者、无痛诊疗以及术后镇痛方面的应用出发,综述艾司氯胺酮在围术期中的临床效果与安全性.
Abstract
Esketamine is a high affinity non-competitive inhibitor of N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptors,which can exert anesthetic and analgesic effects.This article provides an overview of clinical efficacy and safety of esketamine during the perioperative period in terms of its application in pediatric patients,postpartum women,adult patients,elderly patients,painless diagnosis and treatment,and postoperative analgesia.
