高掺量脱硫胶粉改性沥青加工流变性能研究

胶粉脱硫工艺可有效解决橡胶沥青(RMA)的污染大、不稳定和胶粉掺量小的问题,但高掺量脱硫胶粉改性沥青加工及流变性能仍不清楚.基于流变学指标探究脱硫程度及胶粉掺量对RMA流变性能的影响,并以此确定最佳制备参数.结果表明:胶粉脱硫工艺能显著降低传统RMA的施工温度,同胶粉掺量可下降低约20 ℃;同时胶粉脱硫工艺大幅提高RMA的存储稳定性,同胶粉掺量条件下脱硫橡胶沥青(DRMA)存储稳定性SI指标仅为RMA的1/3;综合对比流变学指标,推荐胶粉脱硫程度为ML60,掺加质量分数为30%~40%.
Study on Processing Rheological Properties of High Content Desulfurization Rubber Modified Asphalt
The desulfurization process can effectively solve the bottleneck of rubber modified asphalt(RMA)development for the small rubber dosage and large pollution,but high-doped crumb rubber desulfu-rization modified asphalt processing and flow change performance are still unclear.In this paper,the influence of the degree of crumb rubber desulfurization and the content of crumb rubber on the rheological properties of RMA was investigated based on rheological indicators,and the optimal desulfurization degree and rubber pow-der content were determined.The results indicated that the crumb rubber desulfurization process can reduce the construction temperature of RMA,which can be reduced by about 20 ℃ with the same rubber powder con-tent.At the same time,the crumb rubber desulfurization process improved the storage stability of RMA.The SI index of DRMA under the same rubber powder content was only 1/3 of RMA.Comprehensively comparing the rheological indicators,it was recommended that the optimum crumb rubber desulfurization degree was a-chieved the when Mooney viscosity of the rubber powder was ML60,and the optimum DVR dosage was 30wt%~40wt%.
