生物基温拌高黏沥青及混合料性能研究

采用自主研发的生物基稳定剂与生物基温拌剂,制备了两种生物基温拌高黏沥青(HVA70、HVA105),并对其润湿特性、物理性能、微观特性与流变性能进行了对比分析;在此基础上,在不同的降温幅度下制备了高黏沥青混合料,以空隙率为指标分析了混合料的合理降温幅度;最后,通过路用性能测试验证了生物基温拌高黏沥青混合料的性能优势.结果表明:与HVA0相比,在相同温度下,生物基温拌高黏沥青具有更小的接触角,能更好的与集料裹附,实现更好的铺展与润湿作用;生物基温拌高黏沥青相容性更佳,且温拌剂与其它组分之间能够发生反应;生物基温拌高黏沥青具有更好的低温抗裂性、施工和易性、抗永久变形能力;以HVA70和HVA105为胶结料降温幅度分别达20 ℃和30 ℃的前提下仍具有更优的高、低温和抗水损害性能.
Performance of Bio-based Warm Mix High-viscosity Asphalt and Its Mixtures
The bio-based stabilizers and bio-based warm mix additives was adopted to prepare two types of bio-based warm mix high viscosity asphalt(HVA70,HVA105),and a comparative analysis was conducted on their wetting characteristics,physical properties,microstructure,and rheological properties.On this basis,the reasonable cooling range of the asphalt mixture was determined by analyzing the void ratio as an indicator.Finally,the performance advantages of bio-based warm mix high viscosity asphalt mixture were verified through pavement performance tests.The results showed that compared to HVAO,bio-based warm mix high viscosity asphalt has a smaller contact angle at the same temperature,better adhesion with aggre-gates,and better spreading and wetting effects.It also has better compatibility and reactions with other compo-nents.Bio-based warm mix high viscosity asphalt has better low temperature cracking resistance,construc-tion and workability,and resistance to permanent deformation.Even with a cooling range of 20 ℃ for HVA70 and 30 ℃ for HVA105 as the binder,it still exhibits superior performance in terms of high and low tempera-ture resistance and resistance to water damage.
