摘要

以中海油生产的SZ36-1 70#沥青为基质沥青,以调入8种抗紫外助剂后形成的混合沥青为研究对象,先经历RTFOT短期热老化,再进行紫外老化,测试混合沥青的延度等指标变化,在此基础上优选出了两种具有抗紫外功能的助剂.筛选出的03#助剂在添加量为0.3%时,15 ℃延度增幅为58.6%.

Abstract

SZ 36-1 70# asphalt produced by CNOOC as the base asphalt,he mixed asphalt formed by the 8 kinds of anti-ultraviolet assistants is used as the research object.Meanwhile,the asphalt is treated with RTFOT short-term thermal aging and ultraviolet aging,and the asphalt ductility index changes are tested.On this basis,an additive with anti-ultraviolet function is selected.The experimental results show that when the 03#additive is 0.3%,the extension of 15 ℃ increases by 58.6%.
