利用废旧橡胶加工成粉合成的橡胶沥青作为一种新材料应用于道路路面工程中,实现了废旧轮胎的资源化利用,同时也产生了良好的经济和社会效益.阐述了橡胶沥青的工艺及技术优势,并着重用定额法分析了橡胶沥青路面面层施工能耗,为橡胶沥青技术的推广应用以及科学制定节能减排考核管理标准提供依据.
Analysis of Rubber Asphalt Pavement Technology and Construction Energy Consumption
The rubber asphalt synthesized by processing waste rubber into powder is applied as a new material in road pavement engineering,achieving the resource utilization of waste tires and generating good e-conomic and social benefits.In this paper,the technology and technological advantages of rubber asphalt are explained,and the use of the quota method analyzes the energy consumption of the rubber asphalt pavement surface layer,and provides the basis for the promotion and application of rubber asphalt technology and the scientific formulation of energy conservation and emission reduction assessment management standards.
