摘要

为了探究玄武岩纤维对沥青及沥青混合料性能的改善效果,对比分析了不同表面改性剂处理后的效果,比较了沥青胶浆软化点、沥青胶浆锥入度、沥青胶浆测力延度等方面的差异,分析了玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳定性等方面的影响.试验结果显示,改性后的玄武岩纤维增强了与沥青间的物理吸附能力,提高了改性沥青抗剪切强度和低温抗拉性能,显著改善了沥青混合料的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,对水稳定性能提升效果不显著.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the improvement effect of basalt fiber on the performance of as-phalt and asphalt mixture.The treatment effects of different surface modifiers were compared,and the differ-ences in softening point,cone penetration,and force ductility of asphalt mastic were analyzed.The influence of basalt fiber on the high-temperature stability,low-temperature cracking resistance,and water stability of asphalt mixture was also analyzed.The results show that the modified fiber enhanced the physical adsorption a-bility between the fiber and the asphalt,improved the shear strength and low-temperature tensile performance of the modified asphalt,significantly improved the high-temperature stability and low-temperature cracking resistance of the asphalt mixture,and had no significant effect on the water stability.
