多聚磷酸与SBS复配调合90号A级道路石油沥青研究

以高温性能、低温性能、老化后性能均不佳的90号沥青为基质沥青,通过添加多聚磷酸、SBS改性剂或多聚磷酸与SBS复配改性方式调合90号沥青,对调合后的样品进行针入度、延度、动力黏度、老化后性能等指标分析.结果表明,采用多聚磷酸与SBS复配改性方式调合的90号沥青各项指标完全满足JTG F40-2004道路石油沥青中90号A级道路石油沥青标准要求.并考察了储存温度和时间对沥青性能的影响,为基质沥青的质量提升提供了新的思路.
Research on Polyphosphoric Acid and SBS Compounding and Blending No.90 Grade A Road Petroleum Asphalt
Due to No.90 asphalt has poor performance at high temperature,low temperature and aging performance.In this paper,No.90 asphalt was used as the basic raw material,and No.90 asphalt was blen-ded by adding polyphosphoric acid,SBS modifier or polyphosphoric acid and SBS compound modification,and the indexes such as penetration,ductility,dynamic viscosity and performance after aging were analyzed.The results show that the indexes of No.90 asphalt blended by polyphosphoric acid and SBS compound modifica-tion mode fully meet the requirements of No.90 A-grade road petroleum asphalt standard in JTG F40-2004 road petroleum asphalt.The effects of storage temperature and time on the properties of asphalt were investiga-ted,which provided a new idea for improving the quality of matrix asphalt.
