公路沥青路面超薄罩面施工关键技术浅析

结合高速公路沥青路面超薄罩面工程实例,采用自主研发生产的高黏复合改性橡胶沥青和高性能复合改性乳化沥青,从混合料配合比设计、施工工艺和施工质量控制要点等方面对超薄罩面技术进行探讨和分析,并在竣工后对路用性能进行检测.结果显示:加铺超薄罩面后,路面各项路用性能指标均满足规范要求,通车3个月后无明显病害,对类似工程具有借鉴意义.
Analysis of Key Technologies for NovaChip Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement
Based on the example of NovaChip engineering which on the asphalt pavement of highways,and use the independently developed and produced high viscosity composite modified rubber asphalt and high-performance composite modified emulsified asphalt,this study explores and analyzes the NovaChip in terms of mixture ratio design,construction technology,and construction quality control points.The road performance is also tested after construction.The results show that after constructing NovaChip,all road performance indi-cators meet the specification requirements.After three months of operation,there are no obvious diseases,which has certain reference significance for similar projects.
