Review on Low Noise Asphalt Pavement(1)——the Influence of Pavement Texture on Tire Pavement Noise
The tire pavement noise generated by the contact between the tire and the pavement is one of the main sources of road traffic noise during driving.Pavement texture is a key factor affecting tire pavement noise.This article reviews the testing methods and characterization indicators of asphalt pavement texture,sorts out the correlation between pavement texture and tire pavement noise,summarizes the numerical simula-tion methods and progress of tire pavement noise based on pavement texture,in order to provide technical basis for optimizing pavement texture and reducing tire pavement noise.
