摘要

对比分析了常用的3种高黏改性沥青的宏观性能及微观特征,包括常规物理性能(针入度、软化点、延度、60 ℃动力黏度等)及存储稳定性,同时采用荧光显微镜、红外光谱仪、原子力显微镜等观测不同高黏改性沥青的微观特征.结果表明:TPS高黏改性沥青具有优良的低温性能,CNTs/SBS高黏改性沥青存储稳定性最佳;从微观试验结果也可以看出CNTs/SBS改性剂改性效果最佳,性能最稳定,综合来看CNTs/SBS高黏改性沥青性能最佳.

Abstract

The article compares and analyzes the macroscopic performance and microscopic characteris-tics of three commonly used high-viscosity modified asphalt,including conventional physical properties(pen-etration,softening point,ductility,60 ℃ power viscosity,etc.)and storage stability,and at the same time,the use of fluorescence microscopy,infrared spectrometry,atomic force microscopy and other observations of different high-viscosity modified asphalt microscopic characteristics.The results show that:TPS high-vis-cosity modified asphalt has excellent low-temperature performance,CNTs/SBS high-viscosity modified as-phalt storage stability is the best;from the microscopic test results can also be seen in CNTs/SBS modifier modification effect is the best,the performance is the most stable,a comprehensive point of view of the CNTs/SBS high-viscosity modified asphalt performance is the best.
