Rheological Properties of Recycled Asphalt Modified by Waste PE and Plant Oil Composite Materials
In order to study the rheological properties of reclaimed asphalt compounded with waste plastic(PE)and Plant oil(PO),70A grade asphalt was selected as the matrix asphalt, and the aged asphalt was prepared by laboratory aging method. The optimal content of waste PE and PO as well as the optimum prepara-tion temperature were obtained by orthogonal test. The test results show that:the three indexes of compound reclaimed asphalt are better when the content of PO is 6%,the content of PE is 6%and the preparation tem-perature is 160 ℃.The mixture of PO can improve the low temperature performance and reduce the viscosity of aging asphalt, but the high temperature performance is significantly lower than that of matrix asphalt.Com-pared with the PO recovery asphalt, the waste PE and PO composite modified recovery asphalt has the better high temperature performance, viscosity and the low temperature performance. The high temperature perform-ance,fatigue performance and low temperature performance of the compound recovery asphalt are obviously better than that of the PO recovery asphalt.
