不黏轮乳化沥青制备及评价

在分析乳化沥青不黏轮作用机理的基础上,开展了不黏轮乳化沥青的制备及评价研究.通过硬质沥青颗粒+高熔点烷烃聚合物进行复合改性,研究了其掺量对于沥青性能的影响规律,形成不黏轮改性沥青推荐配方,并采用不黏胎时间测定仪评价了不同沥青的黏轮效果.最后选择高性能乳化剂对其进行了乳化,论证了不黏轮改性沥青的乳化效果,采用附着力拉拔试验与摆式剪切试验分析了最终成品的黏结性能,25℃条件下附着力拉拔强度能够达到1.5 MPa、剪切能密度达到0.21 J/cm2,并在公路养护工程中得到成功应用.
Preparation and Evaluation of Trackless Emulsified Asphalt
On the basis of analyzing the action mechanism of trackless emulsified asphalt,this paper car-ried out the research on the preparation of trackless emulsified asphalt.Through the composite modification of hard asphalt particles and high melting point alkane polymer,the influence of its content on the performance of asphalt was studied,and the recommended formula of trackless modified asphalt was formed.The non-stick tire time tester was used to evaluate the stick wheel effect of different asphalt,Finally,high performance emul-sifier was selected for emulsification research,and the adhesive property of the final product was analyzed by adhesive pull out test and pendulum shear test.Under 25 ℃,the tensile strength of adhesion can reach 1.5 MPa,and the shear energy density can reach 0.21 J/cm2,and it has been successfully applied in expressway maintenance project.
