橡胶改性沥青与SBS改性沥青对钢渣沥青混合料路用性能的影响对比

通过对比橡胶改性沥青与SBS改性沥青作为钢渣沥青混合料的胶结材料的性能差异,分析了不同改性沥青对钢渣沥青混合料路用性能的影响.实验采用沥青基础性能实验、车辙试验、马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、肯塔堡浸水飞散实验、低温弯曲试验和体积安定性试验等方法,全面评估了两种改性沥青钢渣混合料的性能.结果显示,橡胶改性沥青钢渣混合料在低温抗裂性、高温稳定性、水稳定性和体积安定性方面相较于传统SBS改性沥青混合料有显著改善,且减少了沥青用量.同时,橡胶改性沥青混合料在提高钢渣路面疲劳寿命方面也表现出较好效果.
Comparison of the Impact of Rubber Modified Asphalt and SBS Modified Asphalt of Steel Slag Asphalt Mixture
In this study,by comparing the performance differences between rubber modified asphalt and traditional SBS modified asphalt as the cementing material of steel slag asphalt mixture,the influence of differ-ent modified asphalt on the road performance of steel slag asphalt mixture was analyzed.The asphalt basic per-formance test,rutting test,Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,Kentaburg immersion dispersion test,low temperature bending test and volume stability test were used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of two modified asphalt steel slag mixtures.The results show that the rubber modified asphalt steel slag mixture has a significant improvement in low temperature crack resistance,high temperature stability,water stability and volume stability compared with the traditional SBS modified asphalt mixture,and reduces the amount of asphalt.At the same time,rubber modified asphalt mixture also shows a positive effect in improving the fa-tigue life of steel slag pavement.These results expand new ideas for the application of steel slag asphalt mix-ture in road engineering,and are expected to provide a theoretical reference for enhancing the durability and overall performance of the road.
