针对国内外基质沥青的评价和检测方法多注重宏观性能,较少涉及沥青材料的微观结构表征的现状,采用三家公司生产的石油沥青作为研究样本,通过红外光谱分析(IR)和Origin分峰拟合操作为主要分析手段,辅以核磁共振(NMR)和元素分析(EA),对研究样本进行了较为细致的分子结构分析,并从中得到相关规律,为有效区分沥青产地并鉴别沥青品质提供依据.
Characterization and Analysis of Microscopic Composition of Asphalt Materials
In view of the current situation that the evaluation and detection methods of matrix asphalt at home and abroad are mostly macroscopic properties and rarely involve the microstructure of asphalt materials,the petroleum asphalt produced by the three companies was used as the research sample,and the infrared spectroscopy analysis(IR)and Origin peak fitting operation were used as the main analysis methods,supple-mented by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and elemental analysis(EA),and the molecular structure of the research samples was analyzed in detail,and the relevant laws were obtained from them,which provided a basis for effectively distinguishing asphalt origins and identifying asphalt quality.
