为探讨温拌剂LX-450对短切玄武岩纤维沥青玛蹄脂碎石路用性能和成型温度的影响,以SMA-13级配类型为对象,通过马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验,评价温拌剂LX-450对短切玄武岩纤维SMA-13水稳定性和高温稳定性的影响;通过对比不同成型温度下,混合料的体积指标,评价温拌剂对混合料成型温度的影响.研究表明:在添加0.8%的LX-450温拌剂后,短切玄武岩纤维沥青混合料SMA-13的水稳定性和高温稳定性均有降低,但仍满足现行规范要求;同时试件击实温度由原来的165 ℃降低至145 ℃,可明显降低混合料的成型温度.
Study on Pavement Performance of Warm Mixed Stone Matrix Asphalt with Chopped Basalt Fiber
In order to investigate the influence of warm mixture additive on the road performance and forming temperature of stone matrix asphalt with chopped basalt fiber,marshall test,immersion marshall test and rutting test were used to evaluate the influence of warm mixture additive on the water stability and high sta-bility of stone matrix asphalt with chopped basalt fiber.By comparing the volume index of the mixture at differ-ent molding temperatures,the influence of the warm mixture additive on the molding temperature of the mix-ture was evaluated.The results show that the water stability and high temperature stability of the chopped ba-salt fiber asphalt mixture SMA-13 are decreased after adding 0.8%LX-450 warm mixture additive,but it still meets the requirements of current regulations.At the same time,the compaction temperature of the speci-men is reduced from the original 165 ℃ to 145 ℃,which can significantly reduce the molding temperature of the mixture.
