Development and force analysis of diamond beaded wire saw cutting loaded coal test device
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for the traditional diamond beaded wire saw cutting test system to satisfy loading and sawing force measurement at the same time,a test device for diamond beaded wire saw cutting loaded coal has been developed.The device can realize vertical downward continuous cutting on the loaded specimen(feed speed 0~20mm/min,line speed 0~10 m/s,lateral loading system can apply load of 0~500kN to the coal).By analyzing the force characteristics of the beaded wire saw before and during the cutting process of the test device,the calculation formulas of the wire length and tension of the beaded wire saw during the processing of the diamond beaded wire saw were proposed.The sawing force model of the wire saw cutting the loaded coal body was established.After verifying the sawing force model,the sawing force obtained is basically consistent with the sawing force measured by the traditional device.Through the test of the device,the results show that when using the beaded wire saw with an initial wire length of 5666mm and a diameter of 4mm or 7.3mm to cut the coal specimen block with a feed speed of 5mm/min and a linear speed of 4m/s.The tension force of the beaded wire saw is 609.0N and 1270.2N,the normal sawing force is 33.4N and 187.6N,and the tangential sawing force is 20.8N and 108.0N.
