玄武岩纤维增强地聚物混凝土劈裂特性研究

本研究旨在通过数字图像相关技术(DIC)探讨玄武岩纤维掺量对地聚物混凝土(GPC)劈裂抗拉性能的影响.首先制备了不同玄武岩掺量的地聚物试样,并开展了玄武岩纤维增强GPC的劈裂抗拉实验;然后基于DIC技术研究了玄武岩纤维掺量对GPC劈裂抗拉性能和劈裂破坏模式的影响;最后确定了具有最佳劈裂性能的GPC玄武岩纤维掺量.实验结果显示,1.00%玄武岩纤维掺量的GPC表现出最佳性能,相较于0.00%纤维掺量的GPC,劈裂抗拉强度提高41.4%,极限竖向变形增加75.0%,最大应变降低55.8%,最大裂缝宽度减少65.1%.本研究发现掺入玄武岩纤维可以显著改善GPC的劈裂性能.
Study on the splitting characteristics of basalt fiber reinforced geopolymer concrete
In this study,the effects of basalt fiber content on the splitting tensile properties of geopolymer concrete were investigated based on Digital Image Correlation(DIC)technology.Firstly,the splitting tensile tests of basalt fiber geopolymer concrete were carried out and the effects of basalt fiber content on the splitting tensile properties and the splitting failure mode of geopolymer concrete were studied based on DIC technology.Finally,the basalt fiber content of geopolymer concrete with the best splitting properties was proposed.The results showed that the geopolymer concrete with 1.00%basalt fiber content has the best splitting tensile properties.The splitting tensile strength,the ultimate vertical deformation,the maximum strain and the maximum crack width of geopolymer concrete are increased by 41.4%,75.0%,55.8%and 65.1%,respectively,compared with those without basalt fiber.
