柔性液态金属传感器在动态载荷监测中的应用

针对柔性材料以及复杂表面的应变测量问题,提出了一种以高分子材料制成的微管为基础的柔性传感器,通过对这种传感器进行一系列的标定实验和结构设计,实现了柔性织物拉伸应变、人体脉搏波以及振动环境下螺栓松动等多种载荷的实时监测.结果表明,受益于柔性微管传感器的高灵敏度和高共形性,传感器所采集到的信号能够反映出材料在动载荷下的应变情况,这样的功能特点为柔性材料在拉伸载荷下的应变测量、人体生理信号实时监测以及螺栓等零部件的松动监测等提供了解决思路.
Application of flexible liquid metal sensor in dynamic load monitoring
Aiming at the strain measurement issues of flexible materials and complex surfaces,a flexible sensor based on microtubules made of high polymer materials was presented.Through a series of calibration experiments and structural design,the real-time monitoring of the strain state of the umbrella coat under different tension loads,human pulse waves and bolt loosening under vibration conditions was achieved.The results show that,benefiting from the high sensitivity and conformity of the flexible micro-tube sensor,the signals collected by the sensor can reflect the strain of the material under dynamic load,and provide new solutions for the strain measurement of flexible material under tensile load,real-time monitoring of human physiological signals,and monitoring of the loosening of parts such as bolts.
