Clinical efficacy observation of sodium hyaluronic composite solution for injection in the correction of tear trough deformity
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of using the sodium hyaluronic composite solution to correct tear trough deformities. Methods Twenty-one subjects with moderate to severe tear trough deformities were included in this study. The subjects re-ceived a single treatment of using the sodium hyaluronic composite solution for correction of the tear trough deformity, which was injected superior periosteum and superficial orbicularis oculi muscle.Effectiveness evaluation was conducted by allergan infraorbital hollows scale, satisfaction of subjects, global aesthetic improvement scale and quantitative measurements by 3D measurement. The adverse reactions after the injection were recorded for safety evaluation. Results After a single treatment 12 weeks, the effect of improving tear trough deformity was significant in all the subjects, leading to high satisfaction among them. Objective measurement and subjective evaluation showed con-sistent improvement, and the treatment demonstrated a high level of safety. Conclusion Through clinical observation and 3D measure-ment,it is found that the injection of a sodium hyaluronate compound solution for correcting tear trough deformity is safe and effective, with high satisfaction among the subjects. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
