摘要
目的 探讨Nd:YAG 532 nm皮秒激光治疗雀斑的效果及安全性.方法 自 2021 年 11 月至 2023 年 3 月,上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院整形外科对收治的 104 例雀斑患者,按年龄及皮肤Fitzpatrick 分型分为A组(21~30 岁)、B组(31~40 岁)、C组(41~50 岁)、D组(51~60 岁),采用 532 nm皮秒激光治疗 1 次.并于治疗后 1~3 个月随访观察治疗效果及不良反应.结果 所有患者经 1 次治疗后,整体有效率为 94.23%,治愈率为 45.19%,与年龄及皮肤Fitzpatrick分型无明显相关性;治疗后各组患者病损消退及减淡比例差异无统计学意义(P=0.74),6 例患者治疗后出现不同程度色素沉着,停止治疗3~6 个月后均得到自行恢复.结论 采用 532 nm皮秒激光治疗雀斑,疗效确切,不良反应较少,且疗效与患者年龄及皮肤分型无明显相关性.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect and safety of 532 nm picosecond laser in the treatment of freckles.Methods From November 2021 to March 2023,104 patients with facial freckles were recruited in this retrospective clinical study.According to age and skin Fitzpatrick classification,it was divided into group A(21 to 30 years old),group B(31 to 40 years old),group C(41 to 50 years old),and group D(51 to 60 years old).All patients were grouped by age and Fitzpatrick skin classification and treated with a 532 nm picosecond laser once.All patients were assessed for clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions after 1 to 3 months.Results After one treatment,the overall effective rate was 94.23%,the cure rate was 45.19%,and there was no obvious correlation with between age and Fitzpatrick skin classification.The post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation occurred in 6 patients.Temporary hyperpigmentation alleviated 3 to 6 months after the treatment.Conclusion The 532 nm picosecond laser is a safe and effective modality for removing freckles without scarring or perma-nent pigmentary changes.
