"汉堡包"包扎法在耳部手术中预防健侧耳压力性损伤的研究

摘要
目的 探讨"汉堡包"包扎法在耳部手术中的临床应用效果.方法 回顾性分析自 2013 年 1 至 2023 年 12 月,河北医科大学第三医院烧伤整形科收治 120 例耳部手术患者,根据术中包扎方法分为两组,60 例/组.观察组采用"汉堡包"法预防压力性损伤;对照组采用常规方法,不做特殊防护.统计分析两组患者术后健侧耳郭、头皮皮肤情况及压力性损伤发生率.结果 观察组患者压力性损伤发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.035).结论 以记忆海绵为主要材料的"汉堡包"包扎法包裹耳部能够有效防止术中压力性损伤的发生,值得在临床工作中推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investiqate the clinical effect of wrap the ear with"hamburger"structure to preven the occurrernce of pressure injury.Methods A total of 120 patients who came to our department for ear surgery from January 2013 to December 2023 and met the inclusion requirements were selected.Patients who were treated with"hamburger"dressing to prevent ear stress injury were select-ed as the experimental group.The control group(60 cases in each group)was treated with conventional methods and no special protection.The skin condition of healthy auricle and scalp and the incidence of pressure injury were analyzed statistically.Results The incidence of stress injury in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The"hamburger"bandage with memory sponge as the main material can effectively prevent the oc-currence of intraoperative stress injury,and it is worth promoting in clinical work.
