Clinical study on dynamic comprehensive system therapy for the treatment of auricular keloids
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of dynamic comprehensive system therapy for scar prevention and treatment in the treatment of auricular keloids.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted from January 2015 to December 2020.A total of 112 patients with auricular keloids were admitted to the Department of Dermatology at Kunming Dermatology Hospital,the Department of Surgery at Zaozhuang Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital in Shandong Province,and the CaiJinglong Medical Aesthetics Clin-ic.Dynamic comprehensive system therapy was used.For patients with scar thickness≤0.3 cm,scar drug injection+superficial skin radia-tion therapy(SRT-100)was the main treatment(29 cases);For patients with scar thickness greater than 0.3 cm,scar surgery for auricular reconstruction and superficial skin radiation therapy(SRT-100)were the main treatment(83 cases),supplemented by oral and topical medication.Follow-ups were conducted once every 1-3 months,and dynamic comprehensive treatment was performed according to the condition of scar repair.Evaluate the treatment effect based on photo data,VSS,patient satisfaction,local complications,and systemic ad-verse reactions.Results One huandred and two cases(91.07%)were cured,10 cases(8.93%)were effective,and the effective rate reached 100%;The average score of the VSS scale before treatment was 12.6 points,and the average score after treatment was 1.2 points,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01);104 cases(92.86%)were satisfied after treatment,and 8 cases(7.14%)were relatively sat-isfied,with a satisfaction rate of 100%;No obvious local complications or systemic adverse reactions.Conclusion The dynamic compre-hensive system therapy for scar prevention and treatment has a good effect on the treatment of auricular keloids,and is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical practice.
