重睑成形术治疗老年性上睑皮肤松弛的体会

摘要
目的 探讨采用重睑成形术治疗老年性上睑皮肤松弛的效果.方法 自2019年1月至2022年12月,西安医学院第一附属医院整形烧伤美容科对32例老年性上睑皮肤松弛的患者采用重睑成形术进行矫治,记录并分析手术前后皮肤松弛程度、眼睑形态的改变、视野的变化以及患者满意度.结果 32例患者均获随访3个月以上,上睑外观和形态均得到矫正,其中满意26例,较满意4例,不满意2例;不满意患者主要表现为术后重睑线不流畅,重睑皱襞不对称.结论 通过本术式治疗老年性上睑皮肤松弛,能有效地改善上睑外观,患者满意度较高,可作为治疗老年性上睑皮肤松弛的一种选择.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of using blepharoplasty to treat senile upper eyelid skin laxity.Methods From Jan-uary 2019 to December 2022,blepharoplasty was used to treat 32 patients with senile upper eyelid skin laxity,recorded and analyzed the changes in the degree of skin laxity,the shape of the eyelids,the change in the field of vision,and satisfaction of the patients before and af-ter the operation.Results All 32 patients were followed up for more than 3 months,and the appearance and shape of the upper eyelids of the patients were corrected,among which 26 cases were satisfied,4 cases were relatively satisfied,and 2 cases were not satisfied.The main manifestation of the dissatisfied patients was the double-eyelid line unsmooth and asymmetric after the operation.Conclusion Treating senile upper eyelid skin laxity with this method can improve the appearance of the upper eyelids effectively,and the satisfaction of patients is high,which can be used as a choice for the treatment of senile upper eyelid skin laxity.
