Application of microporous drainage combined with packed fixation in the radical treatment of axillary osmidrosis with a small incision
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the microporous drain packing fixation method with the tra-ditional drain strip drainage subcutaneous suture fixation method in the radical treatment of osmidrosis with a small incision. Methods The clinical data of 66 cases of axillary odor patients from January 2018 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(36 cases)according to the surgical method. The control group adopted the method of subcutaneous suture fixation with drain strip drainage, and the observation group adopted the method of packing fixation with microporous drainage. The efficacy, satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed after surgery. Results At 3 months postoperatively, the difference in the apparent rate between the control group and the observation group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma, flap necrosis and incision edge necrosis in the observation group was significantly low-er than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in the incidence of other complications was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition, patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the treatment results, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of microporous drainage packing fixation in the radical operation of ax-illary osmidrosis with small incision is better, with fewer complications and higher patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
