摘要
目的 探讨自制可调式乳头内陷矫正器治疗不同程度乳头内陷的方法.方法 自2020年5月至2022年5月,遵义医科大学附属医院美容医院美容外科采用一种自制可调式乳头内陷矫正器治疗27例(37侧)不同程度乳头内陷患者.其中轻度乳头内陷18例(27侧),单纯予以自制可调式乳头内陷矫正器治疗.中、重度先天性乳头内陷患者9例(10侧),予以旋转-包埋瓣技术联合自制可调式乳头内陷矫正器治疗.结果 所有患者术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,乳头血运正常,感觉无异常.27例患者术后获随访6～24个月,平均12个月,患侧乳头凸度满意,外形基本对称,随访期间无一例复发.结论 自制可调式乳头内陷矫正器在不同程度乳头内陷治疗中均获得良好的治疗效果,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the method of self-made adjustable nipple retraction corrector for the treatment of different de-grees of nipple retraction.Methods From May 2020 to May 2022,Department of Aesthetic Surgery of Aesthetic Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University used a self-made adjustable nipple retraction corrector to treat 27 patients(37 sides)with different degrees of nipple retraction.Among them,18 cases(27 sides)of mild nipple retraction were treated with self-made adjustable nipple re-traction corrector.Nine patients(10 sides)with moderate or severe congenital nipple retraction were treated by rotating-embedding valve technique combined with self-made adjustable nipple retraction corrector.Results The incision healed in stage Ⅰ,the blood flow of the nipple was normal,and the sensation was not abnormal.The 27 patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months(average 12 months).The con-vex degree of the affected lateral papilla was satisfactory and the shape was basically symmetrical.No recurrence was reported during the follow-up.Conclusion Self-made adjustable nipple retraction corrector has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of different degrees of nipple retraction and is worth popularizing.
