摘要

目的 观察自体颗粒脂肪移植联合Nanofat注射对手部年轻化的临床效果.方法 自2018年1月至2022年12月,陆军军医大学士官学校附属医院烧伤整形科对10例女性手部老化患者,先行抽吸大腿部脂肪,将部分纯化的颗粒脂肪经机械乳化方法制成Nanofat,再进行自体颗粒脂肪移植同时Nanofat注射手背部.观察患者术后手部皮肤质地、轮廓改善状态及并发症发生情况.结果 10例患者术后获随访3个月至5年.手部肤质和轮廓改善明显,维持效果持久,无明显并发症发生.结论 采用自体颗粒脂肪移植同时Nanofat注射于手背部可明显改善手部老化状态,近、远期效果均良好,维持持久,是手部年轻化的一种理想选择方法.

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of autologous particle fat grafting combined with nanofat injection on hand rejuvenation.Methods Autologous particle fat transplantation and nanofat injection were performed on 10 female outpatients with hand aging from January 2018 to December 2022.Thigh fat was harvested,and the purified particle fat were mechanically emulsified to prepare nanofat.The postoperative skin texture,contour improvement,and complications was observed.Results Follow-up for 3 months to 5 years showed significant improvement in hand skin texture and contour after surgery,and the effect was long-lasting with no apparent complica-tions.Conclusion Autologous particle fat transplantation combined with nanofat injection for hand rejuvenation can significantly improve the condition of hand aging,with good short-term and long-term effects,making it an ideal choice for hand rejuvenation.
