Clinical efficacy of insulated microneedle radiofrequency technique in the treatment of enlarged facial pores
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of insulated microneedles in the radiofrequency treatment of enlarged facial pores. Methods A total of 20 patients diagnosed with large facial pores were selected from August 2022 to August 2023 in the Department of Shanghai Zhuoyuelige Dermatology Outpatient. The patients were treated once a month by insulated microneedle ra-diofrequency technology,a total of 3 times.Changes in facial pores before and after treatment, effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,VAS pain score and overall patient satisfaction were evaluated. Results The coarse pore was significantly improved after 3 times treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 100%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 15%,the VAS score was(2.2±0.8),and the overall satisfaction of patients was 95%.Conclusion The insulated microneedle radiofrequency technique has an ideal effect in the treatment of coarse facial pores, and has the advantages of low pain, less fewer adverse reactions and high patient satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
