中国颅颌面外科的困境与前景

摘要
颅颌面外科的治疗范畴包括各种先天性及后天性因素导致的颅面部外形异常,具有手术操作复杂、风险巨大、需要多学科协作等特点,是极具挑战的学科之一.与西方发达国家相比,中国颅颌面外科起步稍晚,自 20 世纪 70 年代末至今,40 余年来,亚专业如颅颌面先天畸形、创伤、肿瘤、正颌外科和颅颌面美容外科日臻完善.2023年,中共中央国务院印发《质量强国建设纲要》,欲推动医疗卫生行业的高质量发展.在中国特色医保、经济、医疗知识普及的背景下,实现颅颌面外科的高质量发展仍面临诸多困境.现就中国颅颌面外科的历史、现状、困境和发展前景进行评述.
Abstract
Craniomaxillofacial surgery is one of the most challenging disciplines with the characteristics of complex surgical pro-cedures,significant risk,and the necessity for multi-disciplinary collaboration.It encompasses the treatment of craniomaxillofacial appear-ance abnormalities caused by various congenital and acquired factors.Compared with Western developed countries,craniomaxillofacial surgery in China started comparatively late.Craniomaxillofacial surgery including craniomaxillofacial congenital malformation,trauma,tu-mor,orthognathic surgery,and craniomaxillofacial cosmetic surgery gradually maturing over the past 40 years since the late 1970s.In 2023,the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued an outline to promote overall high-quality develop-ment including the medical and health industry.Against the backdrop of the Chinese medical insurance system,economic condition,and popularization of medical knowledge,achieving high-quality development in craniomaxillofacial surgery still faces numerous challenges.This paper provides an overview of the history,current state,challenges,and future prospects of craniomaxillofacial surgery in China.
