摘要
小耳畸形是一种较为常见的先天性颅面部畸形,耳郭再造术是首选的治疗方法.目前,扩张皮瓣法耳郭再造术已逐渐成为我国治疗先天性小耳畸形的主流术式.良好的皮瓣扩张是后续耳郭再造的前提和基础,但耳后扩张器埋置术后并发症并不少见.现就耳后扩张器埋置术后的常见并发症,以及防治措施进展作一综述.
Abstract
Microtia is a relatively common congenital craniofacial malformation,and auricular reconstruction is always the pre-ferred treatment method.At present,auricular reconstruction using the tissue expander has gradually become the main surgical method for the treatment of congenital microtia in China.Satisfactory skin expansion is the prerequisite and basis for subsequent auricular reconstruc-tion.However,postoperative complications of stage Ⅰ auricular reconstruction are not rare.In this review,authors introduced common complications after postauricular expander implantation surgery,as well as the prevention and treatment measures for them.
