摘要
浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factors,CGF)是第 3 代血小板浓缩物,一种通过特定的离心程序从患者自身的全血中提取出来的血小板富集物,含有大量的生长因子和细胞因子.CGF可以促进伤口愈合、提高移植物的成活率、刺激组织再生等.近年来,CGF在口腔外科、整形外科、皮肤科等领域均得到了广泛的应用.现就CGF的成分、生物学效应和临床应用作一综述.
Abstract
Concentrated Growth Factors(CGF)represent the third generation of platelet concentrates,a type of platelet-rich bio-material extracted from the patient's own blood through a specific centrifugation process.CGF contains a high concentration of growth fac-tors and cytokines.It has been shown to enhance wound healing,improve the survival rate of grafts,and stimulate tissue regeneration.In recent years,CGF has been extensively applied in various fields including oral surgery,plastic surgery,dermatology,and others.This re-view provides a comprehensive overview of the components,biological effects,and clinical applications of CGF.
