经结膜入路睑袋手术联合眶隔收紧颗粒脂肪填充在下睑年轻化的临床应用

摘要
目的 探讨经结膜入路睑袋手术联合眶隔收紧自体颗粒脂肪填充应用于下睑年轻化的临床效果.方法 自2021年3月至2023年3月,东南大学医学院附属南京同仁医院医疗美容科对40例下睑老化的患者,采用经结膜入路睑袋手术联合眶隔收紧自体颗粒脂肪填充治疗,术后随访观察临床效果.结果 40例患者术后随访12个月以上,术后睑袋纠正,泪沟凹陷改善.术后满意度评价:非常满意29例,满意8例,一般1例,不满意2例;不满意者术后6个月给予泪沟区补充注射填充材料后满意.所有患者均未出现严重并发症.结论 经结膜入路睑袋手术联合眶隔收紧颗粒脂肪填充用于下睑年轻化的治疗,手术安全有效,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transconjunctival approach pouch surgery combined with orbital septum tightening and granule fat filling in the treatment of lower eyelid rejuvenation.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,in the Depart-ment of Medical Cosmetology,Nanjing Tongren Hospital,School of Medicine,Southeast University,40 patients with lower eyelid aging were treated with transconjunctival approach pouch surgery combined with orbital septum tightening and granule fat filling for lower eyelid reju-venation,and postoperative follow-up was performed to observe the clinical effect.Results The 40 patients were followed up for more than 12 months after surgery.Eyelid pouch were corrected and tear trough deformity was improved.Postoperative satisfaction evaluation:29 cases were very satisfied,8 cases were satisfied,1 case was normal,and 2 cases were not satisfied.The dissatisfied patients were satis-fied after receiving injections of filler material in the tear trough area 6 months after the operation.No serious complications occurred in all patients.Conclusion Transconjunctival approach pouch surgery combined with orbital septum tightening and granule fat filling for lower eyelid rejuvenation treatment is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
