带蒂组织瓣及游离组织在重睑成形术后上睑凹陷的治疗进展

摘要
随着美容外科重睑手术的广泛开展,上睑凹陷畸形成为重睑成形术后常见的并发症.上睑凹陷严重影响眼部外观,同时可能伴发睑裂闭合不全及角膜溃疡.重睑成形术后上睑畸形修复的主要原则是恢复正常解剖关系,松解黏连,并进行组织填充恢复组织容量.带蒂组织瓣及游离组织移植修复重睑成形术后上睑凹陷畸形在临床治疗中取得了良好的效果.对于不同的上睑凹陷畸形应根据患者的情况和诉求采用不同的方法治疗,现结合国内外文献的收集分析及综合比较,就带蒂组织瓣及游离组织治疗重睑成形术后上睑凹陷的治疗进展作一综述.
Abstract
With the widespread use of cosmetic surgery blepharoplasty,sunken upper eyelid deformities have become a common complication after blepharoplasty.Upper eyelid depression seriously affects the appearance of the eye and may be accompanied by incom-plete lid closure and corneal ulceration.The main principles of repairing upper eyelid deformity after blepharoplasty are to restore normal anatomical relationships,release adhesions,and perform tissue filling to restore tissue volume.Tipped tissue flaps and free tissue grafts have been used to repair sunken upper eyelid deformities after blepharoplasty with good clinical results.Different treatment methods should be used for different cases of sunken upper eyelid deformity,depending on the patient's condition and complaints.Now,a review of the progress of treating upper eyelid depression after blepharoplasty with tipped tissue flaps and free tissue grafts is presented in conjunction with the analysis of domestic and international literature and a comprehensive comparison.
