摘要
鼻翼缘退缩作为临床上常见的一种鼻翼畸形,严重影响患者的鼻部美观.尽管近年来鼻整形手术发展迅速,但鼻翼缘退缩的治疗仍然是整形外科的一个难题.现就目前国内外学者对鼻翼缘退缩的定义、发生机制、治疗方案等进行全面总结分析,以进一步提升临床医师对鼻翼缘退缩的认识.
Abstract
Asa common nasal deformity in clinical practice,the retraction of the nasal margin seriously affects the aesthetic ap-pearance of the patient's nose.Despite the rapid development of nasal plastic surgery in recent years,the treatment of nasal alar retraction remains a challenge in plastic surgery.A comprehensive summary and analysis of the definition,pathogenesis,and treatment plans of nasal alar retraction by scholars at home and abroad in recent years is conducted to further enhance clinical physicians'understanding of nasal alar retraction.
