摘要

目的 观察窄谱强脉冲光(dye pulsed light,DPL;波长500nm)治疗面部痤疮红斑的临床效果.方法 自2022年1-12月,济宁市第一人民医院医学美容科收治74例面部轻中度痤疮红斑患者,均采用DPL(波长500 nm)治疗,根据患者的病情,以及治疗后的反应,采取个性化制定1~3次的治疗方案.所有疗程结束后1个月,对患者治疗前后进行临床红斑评定量表(clinician's erythema assessment,CEA)评分,比较患者治疗前后CEA评分.结果 74例患者中,治疗1次19例;治疗2次29例;治疗3次26例.采用DPL治疗轻中度痤疮红斑的有效率为89.2%(66/74),治疗前CEA权重评分为(2.69±0.55)分,治疗后降低为(1.18±0.94)分,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-7.401,P<0.05).结论 DPL治疗面部痤疮红斑,安全性较高,效果较好,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广使用.

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of narrow spectrum intense pulsed light(DPL 500 nm)on acne erythema.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,74 patients with facial acne erythema admitted were treated with DPL.According to the patient's condi-tion and the reaction after treatment,a personalized treatment plan of 1 to 3 times will be formulated.One month after the end of all treat-ment courses,the clinician's erythema assessment(CEA)scores were performed before and after treatment,and the CEA scores of the pa-tients before and after treatment were compared.Results Among the 74 patients,19 were treated once;29 cases were treated twice;26 cases were treated 3 times.The effective rate of treatment with 500 nm intense pulsed light was 89.2%(66/74),CEA weight score was(2.69±0.55)before treatment,CEA weight score was reduced to(1.18±0.94)after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment(Z=-7.401,P<0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light is safe and effective in the treatment of facial acne ery-thema,with no obvious adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing.
