摘要
随着激光在医学领域的快速发展,术后瘢痕早期(术后3个月内)应用CO2点阵激光在预防瘢痕形成方面疗效显著,但其临床干预时间和参数等尚未统一.现对CO2点阵激光干预早期术后瘢痕的原理、干预时间和参数、并发症及联合其他激光应用进展作一综述.
Abstract
With the rapid advancement of laser technology in the medical field,the application of CO2 fractional laser during the early stages of postoperative scar formation(within three months post-surgery)has proven effective in preventing scar development.Howev-er,there remains a lack of consensus regarding the optimal timing and parameters for clinical intervention.This article reviews the underly-ing principles,intervention timing,parameters,potential complications,and the application of CO2 fractional laser in early postoperative scar management.
