摘要
硅凝胶乳房假体广泛应用于隆乳术、乳房修复术及乳房再造术等各类乳房整形手术.目前乳房假体可依据表面纹理、填充材料和形状等特性分为不同类型,这些特性既决定了假体本身的性状,同时也对其在置入人体后塑造的美学效果产生了影响.明确乳房假体特性及其所代表的临床意义是获得良好手术效果的前提.现回顾硅凝胶乳房假体的发展历程,并就其特性及临床意义作一综述
Abstract
Silicone gel breast implant is widely used in breast augmentation,breast repair,breast reconstruction and other breast plastic surgery.Breast implants can be classified into different types based on surface texture,filling material,and shape characteristics,which not only determine the characteristics of the implant itself,but also have an impact on the aesthetic effect it creates after insertion into the human body.Clarifying the characteristics of breast implants and their clinical significance is a prerequisite for achieving good surgical results.This article reviewed the development of silicone gel breast prosthesis,and summarized its characteristics and clinical significance.
