摘要
目的 探讨光纤溶脂联合负压吸脂在项背部脂肪堆积治疗中的临床效果.方法 自2020年1月至2023年1月,珠海鱼美人医疗美容门诊部按治疗方法将87例项背部脂肪堆积患者分为光纤溶脂联合负压吸脂组(光纤组,46例)和传统负压吸脂组(吸脂组,41例).采用整体美学改善量表(global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS)评分与患者效果认可度评分相结合的方式对治疗效果进行评价,并对比分析两组疗效差异.结果 GAIS评分综合满意率:光纤组为94.8％,吸脂组为89.3％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).患者效果认可度评分:综合满意度光纤组为95.7％,吸脂组为90.2％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 光纤溶脂联合负压吸脂技术治疗项背部脂肪堆积比传统负压吸脂法具有更好的效果,满意度更高的优势,值得在临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fibre-optical lipolysis combined with negative pressure liposuction in the treatment of cervicodorsal fat pad.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 87 patients who underwent fibre-optical lipolysis combined with negative pressure liposuction and traditional negative pressure liposuction for the treatment of cervicodorsal fat pad in our clinic from January 2020 to January 2023.The two treatment methods were compared and analyzed in terms of surgical efficacy using a combination of independent observer GAIS score and patient efficacy recognition score.Results The fiber optic group had higher satis-faction with the effect compared to the traditional liposuction group,with a comprehensive satisfaction rate of 94.8％in the fiber optic group's GAIS score and 89.3％in the traditional liposuction group's GAIS score.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comprehensive satisfaction rate of the fiber optic group patients was 95.7％,while the comprehensive satisfaction rate of the traditional liposuction group patients was 90.2％.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional negative pressure liposuction method,fiber optic lipolysis combined with negative pressure li-posuction technology has the advantages of better effect and higher satisfaction in the treatment of back fat accumulation,which is worthy of clinical application.
