笔者对2023-2024年血管瘤与脉管畸形领域的文献进行总结和筛选,选出涉及有创新意涵的部分研究成果为基础,涵盖了新机制的提出,新材料的应用、新诊断和疾病分类新理念、新治疗进展等范畴,按照国际脉管性疾病研究学会(Inter-national Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies,ISSVA)分类和中华医学会整形外科分会血管瘤与脉管畸形学组"血管瘤与脉管畸形诊疗指南(2024版)"的疾病顺序编排,逐一介绍各分类疾病的诊断及各类治疗的进展,尤其是各个疾病的基础研究、临床前沿研究、遗传学与靶向治疗方向的前沿进展,展示了一系列有望突破的新的发现和结论,希望能激发同行的临床兴趣和参与深入研究的决心.
Updates on the diagnosis and treatment of vascular anomalies(2023-2024)
This article provides a comprehensive review of literature in the field of vascular anomalies from 2023 to 2024,focusing on innovative research findings.It covers new mechanisms,applications of new materials,novel diagnostic and classification concepts,and therapeutic advancements.Arranged according to the ISSVA classification and the"Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heman-giomas and Vascular Malformations(2024)"by the Group of Vascular Anomalies,Chinese Society of Plastic Surgery,Chinese Medical As-sociation,the article introduces the diagnosis and treatment updates for each classified disease.It particularly emphasizes cutting-edge ad-vancements in basic research,preclinical studies,genetics,and targeted therapies.The article presents a series of promising new discover-ies and conclusions,aiming to stimulate clinical interest and encourage a deeper commitment to mechanistic research.
