皮肤软组织扩张(skin and soft tissue expansion)是指通过扩张器产生的机械牵拉作用刺激皮肤再生,进而实现临床重建的一种方法,能够提供与缺损部位的色泽质地、层次结构和附件分布高度一致的皮肤组织,广泛应用于目前的修复重建手术.然而机械拉伸皮肤,使其再生能力限制了临床治疗效果.基于皮肤扩张的生物学过程及再生机制,现对近年来扩张效率提高的有效方法,如干细胞移植、巨噬细胞分化调控、药物和分子材料的应用等作一综述.
Advances in experimental research on improving the regeneration rate of expanded skin
Skin and soft tissue expansion refers to a method of stimulating skin regeneration through mechanical pulling to achieve clinical reconstruction,which can provide skin tissue highly consistent with the color,texture,hierarchical structure and accessory distribu-tion of the defect site,and is widely used in current repair and reconstruction surgery.However,the regenerative capacity of mechanically stretched skin limits its clinical effectiveness.Based on the biological process and regenerative mechanism of skin dilation,this paper re-views the effective methods to improve the efficiency of skin dilation in recent years,such as stem cell transplantation,regulation of macrophage differentiation,application of drugs and molecular materials.
