摘要
放射性皮肤损伤(radiation-induced skin injury,RISI)是指皮肤受到不同剂量的辐射时,受照射部位发生的皮肤损伤.RISI是肿瘤放射治疗(以下简称放疗)中常见的不良反应,影响患者的肿瘤治疗进程和生活质量.现从致病因素、临床表现、发病机制和治疗,结合最新研究进展对RISI作一综述.
Abstract
Radiation-induced skin injury(RISI)is defined as skin damage that occurs at the site of exposure when the skin is ex-posed to different doses of radiation.RISI is a common complication after radiotherapy for tumors,which affects the progress of tumor treat-ment and the quality of life of patients.In this review,we summarized the causative factors,clinical presentation,pathogenesis and treat-ment of RISI,with the light of the latest research progress.
