摘要
蒙古斑和伊藤痣这两种皮肤病变都属于真皮黑素细胞增多症(dermal melanocytosis,DM),并且在外观上具有相似性.尽管如此,这两种病变在流行病学特征、临床表现、病理学特征、电子显微镜下的表现,以及自然消退的模式上存在显著差异.现就这两种病变的临床研究进展和治疗方法作一综述,以期为临床医师在诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗过程中提供参考依据.
Abstract
This study reviews Mongolian spots and nevus of Ito.both of which are dermal melanocytosis and share similar clinical appearances.Despite their similarities,significant differences exist between the two conditions regarding epidemiological characteristics,clinical presentations,pathological features,electron microscopy findings,and patterns of natural regression.This review aims to summarize the latest research and treatment advances for these conditions,with the intent to offer clinical guidance for physicians in the diagnosis,dif-ferential diagnosis,and treatment process.
