在汽车工业环境中,生产环境的粉尘、噪声以及防爆环境对人员的职业健康构成了一定的影响.随着汽车制造业的竞争日益加剧,主机厂降低生产成本的需求也愈发迫切.在此背景下,采用视觉识别技术显得尤为重要.与人工操作相比,视觉识别技术没有体力疲劳的影响,不受经验技能水平或责任心差异的影响,并且在处理速度上远超人工,从而显著提高了生产线的可靠性和降低了成本.
Abstract
In the automotive industry environment,the dust,noise,and explosion-proof environment have a certain impact on the occupational health of personnel.With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive manufacturing industry,the demand for reducing production costs by factories is also becoming more urgent.By using visual recognition technology,compared with manual labor,there is no physical fatigue,and it is not affected by differences in experience,skill level,and sense of responsibility.Moreover,the speed is unmatched by manual labor,which improves the reliability of the production line and reduces costs.
