本文通过对某重卡车型驾驶室悬置稳定杆总成进行结构分析,针对其存在的稳定杆刚度不足以及抗变形能力较差的问题,提出了一种有效的优化方案.在确保符合现有车型布置空间、生产工艺和成本需求的基础上,成功提升了稳定杆的刚度和耐久性.同时,结合该产品的力学特性,设计了一套耐久性试验台架,用于对改进前后的产品进行性能验证.本研究对于驾驶室悬置系统稳定杆产品的设计具有一定的指导和借鉴意义.
Analysis and Optimize of Stabilizer Bar for Cab Suspension System
This article presents an optimization plan for the stabilizer bar assembly of a certain heavy truck model's cab suspension.Addressing issues such as insufficient stiffness and poor deformation resistance.The plan enhances the stiffness and durability of the stabilizer bar while satisfying the spatial layout,production processes,and cost requirements of the existing model.Additionally,a durability test bench has been designed based on the mechanical characteristics of the product to verify the performance of the improved product before and after modifications.This optimization plan provides valuable guidance and reference for the design of cab suspension systems.
