摘要
正确合理的对举高消防车下车支腿的支反力及整车稳定性进行计算,对于确定其臂架的作业高度和幅度至关重要.本文针对举高消防车常见的支腿分布形式,全面考虑了各种可能的受力工况,提供了一种合理的支腿支反力计算方法,并对车辆稳定性计算方法进行了深度的对比分析,提出了优化设计的方向.
Abstract
The correct and reasonable calculation of the reaction force and overall stability of the support legs of the lifting fire truck is crucial for determining the height and amplitude of the boom operation.This article focuses on the common distribution forms of support legs for elevating fire trucks,considers various stress conditions,provides a reasonable calculation method for the reaction force of support legs,and compares and analyzes the stability calculation methods of vehicles,proposing the direction of optimization design.
